BACK TO SCHOOL!!!
That time of year again, already!! I made these for the teachers at my children's school as a welcome back gift. They attend a Catholic school which is depicted here in the cookie theme and color scheme.
The excitement of the first day of a new school year! Everything is new and fresh! I don't know who's more excited, kids or mom!!!!
May God bless each and every teacher as they begin the new school year with renewed passion to share their talents, gifts, wisdom, encouragement, and most importantly their heart with all of their students each and every day.

Wii Mii Golden Birthday Cookie Bouquet
This cookie bouquet was done for a friend of my son who was celebrating his golden birthday. He is a fan of Wii and celebrating his 11th birthday. I decided to make the 11 into Wii remote controls, and the surrounding cookies represent little Mii characters which are created on the Wii game console. The remotes were done in gold fondant, and brushed with luster dust to add sparkle.
