WHO DAT BOUQUET
My kids participated in the 4-H livestock show and beef cookery contest this past weekend. The Jr. Leaders always have an assortment of raffle items to raise funds for their programs throughout the year. I donated this bouquet for their raffle. WHO DAT fever is at a frenzy right now!!!!! GO SAINTS!!!!!!
Mardi Gras-New Year's Eve
My mom is always doing little things for me to help me out with my cookie endeavors. She belongs to a Mardi Gras Krewe who celebrates the new year by having an announcement party on New Year's Eve to present the royalty, i.e. King, Queen, and Court, for the upcoming carnival season. I made this collection to thank her for all she does for me and to add some edibles to her festivities on New Year's Eve. The colors, purple, green, and gold, are the traditional Mardi Gras colors.
