Madison's Cookies
My daughter Madison came home from school yesterday with her little valentine bag that she decorated at school to put her valentines in from her classmates. On one side of the bag she had drawn and colored a peace sign with a heart in the middle such as this. I decided to take her design and turn it into a cookie for her. This is her design in cookie form! Happy Valentine's Day!!
Lombardi Cookie
They won it for the Who Dat Nation! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Coach Sean Payton said he knows everybody will not get a chance to hold this coveted trophy. No problem, I made my own......cookie style!
Hey, it was awesome just making it in cookie form! Can you imagine holding the REAL THING? Something really special. I guess that's why Coach Payton slept with it that first night!
GEAUX SAINTS! WE DAT, DAT'S WHO!!
We WON DAT! Now let's TWO DAT next year! That's who dat talk for repeat!

Saints Lombardi Cookies
Yeah, I'm still making Saints cookies! These are the championship version with the Lombardi trophy. As our voice of the Saints, broadcaster Jim Henderson, so eloquently put it: "....party with the Lombardi!!!!!" That's pretty much what people have been doing since the BIG WIN. I wanted to add a Darren Sharper football player to this collection. He has made a HUGE impact on the turnaround of the defense this season. Kudos to Sharper and the rest of the defense!
They may not rank in the top 10 in total defense, but who cares! They certainly get the job done! And Greg Williams, the defensive coordinator, are you kidding me! One man turned the whole thing around defensively in 1 season! Thank you Sean Payton for hiring this guy!

Superbowl Cookies
These were done with edible images. Food coloring ink cartridges replace regular ink cartridges in a printer dedicated soley for edible image printing. Prints out on edible icing sheets just like a regular printer does. Pretty neat stuff! Just had to try it out with Saints stuff!

Saints Valentine Bouquet
A local florist asked me to make some cookie bouquets for her store so that she can offer alternatives to flowers for Valentines Day. Of course, I had to include a black and gold bouquet! The rest range from the traditional valentines to some bouquets for a man's taste.
